We stayed in one of the log cabins and absolutely loved it, it was so cosy and very well insulated even though it was pretty cold outside. We really felt well-rested after our stay it was the perfect romantic break. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location.

We love staying on Feather Down farms and Hollings Hill was no different. Faye and Austin the farmers are seriously hard working and you get a glimpse of what their life is like when they take you around the farm. Both my husband and I and the children learned a lot about dairy farming and came away happy to know more about where our milk comes from. While it's clearly a proper working farm, the tents are on a separate field set up on the hill. You have a beautiful view over the Malvern Hills. We had mixed weather but it didn't seem to matter. We spent our time hopping in and out of the wood-fired hot tub, tending to various fires and cooking simple but delicious food. There was another family there with similar-aged children and they all had a blast together – playing field cricket and a game they devised called 'explorers'. It's brilliant for the children's freedom and also for the adults to relax. We even got to read our books in the daytime!

We received a warm welcome from the farmer and his family. The tents were clean and well equipped. There is a toilet and a shower per tent, and the shower has hot water. The beds were very comfortable and we were nice and warm at night. There is no electricity so the tents are lit with oil burning lamps and tea light holders. I recommend you bring lots of torches and night lights.||Highlights were- tour of the farm and seeing a calf being born. |Using the hot tubs - you need to build the fire to heat the water, it takes a few hours for the water to get warm enough.|Bonfire built by the farmer for us on our last night.|Pizza oven, set up by the farmer in our field.||It helps if you already know how to make a fire before you come on this sort of holiday.||The only downside is that it is a real working farm (with 700 cows) and work starts on the farm at 5.00am, so expect a bit of noise from that. It wasn’t too bad though.||The kids had a whale of a time and we all really enjoyed it. We would go back.

Amazing stay, friendly hosts. The children enjoyed visiting the farm multiple times a day to check on the animals. Patience pays off as we were treated to witnessing 2x calf's being born. Tent was comfortable and once we got into the swing of things we loved cooking on the open fires. A good opportunity to switch off from life and go back to nature
