Awesome, quiet and child-friendly camping. You can walk to the beach to the beach in 15-20 minutes by crossing the fields next to the camping. You can easily drive to the main highlights: Rye, Battle Abbey, Hastings…

We had our first “post lockdown” holiday at Lunsford Farm for 4 nights in the Easter school holidays. What a lovely family experience. My kids (nearly 6 and nearly 8) could run around and explore the camp site and little forest to their hearts content! There are lots of great walks which you can do from the farm including along the beach to Winchelsea. Andrew was very accommodating despite it being lambing season and was happy to answer my random sheep questions. The girls loved seeing the new born lambs. Even though it was pretty cold we had plenty of bedding to keep warm at night. The shower block is very clean and has a hairdryer. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Lunsford and look forward to going back again in the future.

An amazing and relaxing place to stay. Stunning views. Lovely and welcoming host. Definitely going back with my family and friends next year. I recommend buying your food supplies from the honesty shop as we did, good quality and tasty food at a reasonable price.
