Holiday Park GellooEverything was closed by corona. We went to pick up food . Phone was not answered that was bad. Reception did not know then either ??? Bit strange that the reception does not know if and when the restaurant is open for takeaway. The takeaway possibilities could be better especially in these times. Reception also did not know much about the area and if you could walk from the park straight into the woods. You are next to the forest so should really know this.

Alles was dicht door corona. We gingen eten afhalen . Telefoon werd niet opgenomen dat was slecht. De receptie wist het toen ook niet ?? Beetje raar dat de receptie niet weet of en wanneer het restaurant open is voor afhaal. De afhaal mogelijk heden kunnen beter zeker in deze tijden. Receptie wist ook niet veel van de omgeving en of je vanaf het park zo het bos in kon lopen. Jullie zitten aan het bos dus zouden dit toch eigenlijk wel moeten weten.

De medewerkers bij de receptie waren zeer aardig en behulpzaam. De luxe tas bij aankomst met thee koffie en rituals producten hebben mij aangenaam verrast, erg attent. En ook het flesje water voor onderweg op de terugreis was erg aardig aangeboden. Al met al zeer tevreden

Holiday Park GellooOil balls offered for New Year's Eve was very thoughtful. Teething problems were fixed immediately (we were the first guests in cottage 71 and some things were not finished, was done immediately). Perhaps an idea to put an extra pillow in the closets though. For me it was way too thin and that was a shame. Threshold outside was missing at the door (causing cold under it, but was fixed same day). I also missed a kettle and small forks. Jet shower head was loose and faucet in bathroom leaked into the bottom drawer.

Oliebollen die werden aangeboden voor oudjaarsdag was heel erg attent. Kinderziektes werden meteen opgelost (wij waren de eerste gasten in huisje 71 en er waren nog wat dingen niet af, werd meteen gedaan). Wellicht wel een idee om een extra kussen in de kasten te leggen. Voor mij was het veel te dun en dat vond ik jammer. Drempel buiten miste bij de deur (waardoor er kou onder kwam, maar werd zelfde dag opgelost). Verder miste ik een waterkoker en kleine vorkjes. Stortdouche douchekop zat los en kraan in badkamer lekte in het onderste lade door.

Holiday Park GellooThe "Luxus 4 Personen" was really great. We enjoyed the very good WIFI, because of lookdown we can watch some Stuff on Netflix. The heating worked very well and it is great that we can adjust it to our own preference. Overall we had a great week, thank you Topparken!
