    Receptiemedewerkers die ook niets kunnen veranderen aan het beleid van Topparken. Overigens heb ik 2 keer aangegeven dat ik restitutie van de huursom van 1 huisje wil, vanwege wanprestatie van Topparken. Bij geen reactie zal ik verdere stappen gaan ondernemen, maar ik hoop dat het zover niet hoeft te komen
