Great campsite

Nicely located and tidy. But unfortunately ants everywhere!

Very good spa, plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and baths, and plenty of fruit trees. We were in the van season, but it was favourable because it was not too crowded. The food in the restaurant was fine, the staff very friendly. The cleanliness of the complex itself was excellent. Very nice surroundings and nature.

Well maintained camp site, run by an exceptionally helpful family. The pool is great, and the restaurant is fantastic!

This terraced campsite is undeniably pretty, with lovely views and a peaceful setting that really make it stand out. However, there’s a significant issue that potential visitors, especially those with large motorhomes or trailers, should be aware of. The access road is steep and has numerous patches of loose gravel. It’s not just a mild inconvenience; the wheels spin easily, and getting up the hill can be genuinely difficult and stressful. It took us multiple tries to reach our pitch, and we saw others struggle too. What’s most frustrating is that this problem seems to be entirely avoidable. It’s clear the loose gravel is a cost-cutting measure, rather than investing in a proper, permanent road surface. For a site that otherwise feels well-kept and thoughtfully designed, it’s disappointing that this critical part of the experience has been neglected. Once you’re set up, the stay is enjoyable, great views, clean facilities, and a nice atmosphere. But getting in and out, especially in a bigger setup, is nerve-wracking and could easily be a dealbreaker for some. A permanent road surface would make all the difference.

Nice place to spend a few days. Good facilities. And with a small pine forest, where the mini golf is a real gem.

Very little privacy, house was crooked,park has little to offer

The plots were small, the view and location are great. The toilets were not very clean. Nevertheless, I would definitely go again, you can see the details from our the_vanvoyage caravan account.

Great campsite. Very good welcome. Very clean sanitary facilities. Hot water. Quiet and calm place. Very shady. Campsite in Hauterives. Everything within walking distance.

We spent ten nights in a Forest Lodge. This one was big enough for us. The large veranda is especially nice. The location is also very nice. From the park you can walk straight into the forest. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very hard, so that after a few nights we suffered from our hips. For this they had no solution. In the end we just lay down on some quilts. Unfortunately, the (unsecured) paid premium internet connection works very slowly, so a subscription to it is a waste of money. The second day we were at the park there was a party in the evening at the adjacent Owners Association Bungalow Park. Until after two in the morning we could not sleep because of the loud disco music. Even earplugs didn't help. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and will definitely come again in September, but then in a Bergalow.

We were there for 4 days. Our house (Forrest Lodge) was unfortunately not properly cleaned on arrival, lots of dirt, dust and old bedding in the room. The staff were very friendly, the park itself is very nicely situated and quiet. Too bad the experience with our house overshadowed the stay.
