Since 1979 I came to this vacation park with my parents. Back then it was a campground with half mobile homes and the other half tents and touring caravans. This family park has passed from generation to generation over the years. The third generation took over in April 2022. What makes this park unique, besides the Christian foundation, is the enormous togetherness and mutual freedom. There is a professional animation team and they organize every day for all ages something to do. Nothing is compulsory, everything is allowed. There is also a park store, where small groceries can be done. But the larger supermarkets such as a Jumbo, Albert Heijn and Lidl are located in the city center of Hardenberg. The park has a cozy canteen, petit restaurant and snack bar. For water lovers there is an indoor pool, outdoor pool and a swimming pond with beach located on the park. There is also a fishing pond for anglers. In addition to these and other practical facilities, there are also special accommodations at the park for the disabled and those in need of care. Accommodation for traveling caregivers, are among the possibilities. Nice park in a nice location; you are so close to the stores and even faster in the forest. We rented a chalet in the forest park section. A new chalet. Wonderfully quiet. Many squirrels seen. Plenty to do for the kids. Swimming pool was very nice in the autumn vacations but at the changing rooms very dirty on the floor. Pleasant atmosphere, easy to order / get food. Really had a vacation. Oh no... not quite: you have to clean your accommodation yourself when you leave.

Highly recommended for those who want a quiet vacation where the bungalows are in a wooded area and only view in front but not along the sides. Walking and resting you can certainly do here with enough small play equipment in the park. ...minus point is the store where there is little choice and products are almost at expiration date. Of course, this does not outweigh the friendliness of the staff.

I chose this park because there were many positive reviews on Google .But I was very disappointed.Starting with the communication through messages and practically useless ,I asked many times if the money arrived but they did not answer and even at the end they had cashed the money but canceled my bungalow.After several calls despite not speaking German well they confirmed my reservation.They tell us to arrive after 15.00 ,but we arrive at 17 and in reception there was no one left and they warn us that the keys are in an envelope ☹️...We finally arrive at bungalow 43 ,we are speechless we didn't get the luxury one but the cleanliness should seem to be there ,it smelled all cooped up and damp ,couch curtains pillows beds all dirty ,full of dust and cobwebs,and a cold to no end ...Guess what ,the owners leave no instructions on how to turn on the electricity or gas for heating.For gas one has to go outside to find a little wheel to turn for grandma's stove and in the kitchen there is an imbiando to be pressed many times to get hot water ...We go in search of a neighbor to help us ,after half an hour we manage to find the master's house who explains what to do ☹️, the power system is located in the 'closet of the children's room at the bottom within reach really absurd !!! We decide to clean up the next day we were tired from the trip but we couldn't sleep, grandma's stove heats only the living room and the 2 tiny bedrooms and bathroom remain frozen.We curl up on the couch and finally get some sleep ..The next day we buy everything blankets deodorant and detergent and you give a good cleaning, because one of their rules and if you don't leave clean they want more money for cleaning that they didn't do seems logical right? ... The stores all on time if you deviate you don't find anything open.Only a pool ... The only my star goes to the aesthetics of the park all clean and tidy,many games for children a nice pond ....Ma I lost my son during a walk , because when you walk in the woods there is no signage that tells you how to return you enter a maze that makes you always return to the same point absurd but true ,a guy passing by helps us find our way again.In short it was not for me a good vacation. I visit these kinds of Dutch parks every year, but I never had a bad experience like this ...

At "Vakantiepark De Kleine Belties" in Hardenberg already on "a number of day visits" been to this holiday park, to a number of "holiday" acquaintances of mine. I have seen the available facilities extensively enough, the lake and beach, the swimming pool, the cafeteria, the camping, a number of holiday homes, the recreation team, the squirrel mascot "the sports fields, the reception, the shop. My contact moment with the staff was nice and helpful. Due to my irregular work and privacy I keep it to a limited few day visits and I prefer to stay overnight elsewhere in a B&B or hotel if applicable.
