We have been coming to this campground for years and every time it is enjoyable in this beautiful area. It is a cozy and friendly campsite with clean sanitary facilities. It is within walking distance to the picturesque town of Blokzijl. You can do beautiful bicycle tours from the campsite. I can also heartily recommend renting one of the sloops or canoes at the campsite to discover the Weerribben by water. The staff has a heart of gold and is always extremely friendly. This year we even got to get married on their property and it was really incredibly special. I would rather keep this place a secret, but it comes highly recommended.

Wij komen al jaren naar deze camping en iedere keer is het weer genieten in deze prachtige omgeving. Het is een gezellige en gemoedelijke camping met net sanitair. Het ligt op loopafstand naar het pittoreske stadje Blokzijl. Je kan vanaf de camping mooie fietstochten doen. Ik kan het ook van harte aanraden om bij de camping een van de sloepjes of kano's te huren om via het water de Weerribben te ontdekken. Het personeel heeft een hart van goud en is altijd uiterst vriendelijk. Dit jaar mochten wij zelfs op hun terrein trouwen en het was echt ontzettend speciaal. Deze plek houd ik liever geheim, maar het is een echte aanrader.

Extremely friendly reception. Beautifully located campground. Toilets and showers neat and clean. View of the water from almost all places. Very quiet surroundings. Walk to center Blokzijl in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.
