National Park Weerribben-Wieden
National Park Weerribben-Wieden is a unique nature reserve a 24-minute drive from the campsite. In the park you will find large lakes, vast marshes, reed beds, willow forests and flowery hay meadows. It is the largest contiguous low moor in northwestern Europe and is home to rare plants and animals, such as the otter and the bittern. Go hiking, biking, boating or canoeing. There are several observation towers and bird-watching huts where you can admire the landscape from above and spot many birds. Tours and excursions are also organized by the visitor center. With its beautiful nature and many opportunities for relaxation and education, National Park Weerribben-Wieden is a jewel of Dutch nature.

Kampen is a beautiful, historic city located on the river IJssel, a 40-minute drive from the campground. Store visited. Assortment is diverse including meat and cheese from the water buffalo. If you want something different from the standard mass from the supermarket, this store is a great alternative.

De winkel bezocht. Assortiment is divers met onder andere vlees en kaas van de waterbuffels. Als je eens wat anders wil dan de standaard massa uit de supermarkt, is deze winkel een prima alternatief.
