We are really very satisfied overall. This is the third time we have booked a cottage with spa (private barrel sauna, whirlpool and outdoor shower) at Topparken. Topparken Westerkogge is in a really beautiful location. It is possible to hire bicycles, boats and pedal boats. Shopping facilities and the sea can be reached by bike within 15 minutes. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately one star deduction, because it is really not so clean in the house (very dusty and a bit spidery). What was a bit stupid is that the outdoor shower is almost directly at the garden table of the neighbors with a clear view, a view and wind protection would have been great there. All in all, we would recommend a stay there to anyone, the value for money is unbeatable.

Wir sind insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Haben nun schon zum dritten Mal bei Topparken ein Häuschen mit Spa (private Fasssauna, Whirpool und Außendusche) gebucht. Der Topparken Westerkogge ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit sich Fahrräder, Boote und Tretboote auszuleihen. Shoppingmöglichkeiten und das Meer sind mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 15Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider einen Stern Abzug, da es wirklich nicht so sauber in dem Haus ist (sehr staubig und etwas spinnenlastig). Was ein bisschen blöd war, ist dass die Außendusche quasi direkt an dem Gartentisch der Nachbarn ist mit freier Sicht , ein Sicht- und Windschutz wäre dort super gewesen. Alles in allem würden wir den Aufenthalt dort jedem empfehlen, Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Park is very simple without many extras but we knew that in advance. What disappointed us was the passive way of working during the power failure calamity on New Year's Eve for about 4 hours. In no way were the "guests" notified nor informed. Telephone accessibility was far below par. Even passing around candles, for example, was apparently too much trouble. To then only send an apology email is pretty substandard. A small gesture such as a cake or doughnuts would have made a different impression.

Park is heel simpel zonder veel extra’s maar dat wisten vooraf. Wat ons tegengevallen is, is de passieve werkwijze tijdens de stroomstorings calamiteit op oudejaarsavond gedurende zo’n 4 uur. Op geen enkele manier zijn de ‘gasten’ op de hoogte gebracht noch geïnformeerd. De telefonische bereikbaarheid was ver beneden de maat. Zelfs het rondbrengen van bijvoorbeeld kaarsjes was kennelijk al teveel moeite. Om dan alleen een excuus mailtje rond te sturen is behoorlijk ondermaats. Een kleine geste als taartje, oliebollen of zo had al iets anders overgekomen.

Werkelijk niets aan, dat hele park niet. Je gaat erheen voor de locatie en de hele fijne huisjes. Het park zelf is mooi onderhouden, ziet er prima uit, maar er valt nieuws te beleven. Hoog werkbusjes gehalte.

Unfortunately, the electricity and gas went out over New Year's Eve, which was the main reason why we wanted to vacation there. We were unable to cook dinner for several hours. The heating also failed at night and the cabin cooled down to 15.5 degrees!!!! Unfortunately, nobody felt it necessary to give the guests any information about the incident... Über Silvester ist leider der Strom und Gas ausgefallen, wobei dies der Hauptgrund war, warum wir dort Urlaub machen wollten. Es war uns für mehrere Stunden nicht möglich das Abendessen zu kochen. Auch ist die Heizung nachts ausgefallen und die Hütte ist auf 15.5 Grad abgekühlt!!!! Leider hat es niemand für nötig empfunden den Gästen irgendwelche Infos über den Vorfall zu geben... Ich bin sehr enttäuscht....
