General information

All villas give a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. Views of the water and lots of light are therefore guaranteed. The villa features a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. A perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and L'or Barista coffee cup machine

This type of villa has two bedrooms, both with 2 x single box spring and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. The 2 luxurious, spacious ensuite bathrooms have a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The villa has a separate toilet. The living room offers access to the spacious garden. Upon arrival, the beds are made.

These villas are non-smoking, equipped with wifi. You can easily park one car at the villa.

    It was a great time, business and leisure. The room is very comfortable and modern. The linen is clean and fresh as it should be. No comments. I really liked the design of the room, the large panoramic windows connect you with the environment. It is worth noting the ducks and swan that kindly communicate with you during your stay. In general, a great experience, except for some unusual rules, but they did not affect my impression of MarinaPark Residence. 5 stars!
