The tent has two sleeping compartments with sleeping accommodation for four people. No hassle with inflating the air mattresses. No, there are firm mattresses, all equipped with pillows, blankets and bed linen. All tipis have their own covered kitchen and private bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen has a stove where you can fry an egg. You make coffee in the traditional way with a filter and pouring hot water. All kitchen necessities such as glasses, cups, cutlery, crockery, pans, etc. are provided. You can keep your groceries fresh in the cool box. And we have equipped the tent with electricity points for any gadgets you may have brought with you.

    Cancellation Policy


    1. The holiday maker can cancel his booking only in writing (by e-mail). Upon cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a fee. When cancelling a booking, the following amounts shall be due:
    • Up to 61 days before arrival*, 25% of the rent + reservation costs;
    • From 60 days up to 35 days before arrival*, 50% of the rent + reservation costs;
    • From 34 days to 2 days before arrival*; 90% of the rent + the reservation costs;
    • In case of cancellation within 2 days before arrival* or no notice, you will owe the total rental fee.
    • The actual day of arrival is not included in this. The last day of the calculation concerns 1 day before arrival of the holiday maker until 24:00.
    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.

    We really enjoyed our vacation at Tipitent from the very beginning. The lady at reception was very friendly. We were also offered communication in Dutch, English or German. We think this is a great additional service. The tent, kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean and even the lawn on the property had obviously been mowed beforehand. There is everything you need for a few days camping. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a few nibbles. Super friendly from the team. The site itself is not very large, which makes the whole thing incredibly cozy and familiar. Everything is well-kept and clean. The location is perfect, short distances to the beach and the town. We stayed 4 nights and are more than satisfied! Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

    Uns hat der Urlaub im Tipitent von Anfang an super gefallen. Die Dame in der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Zudem wurde uns die Kommunikation in Niederländisch, Englisch oder Deutsch angeboten. Dies ist ein top Zusatzservice wie wir finden. Das Zelt, die Küche und das Bad waren tip top sauber und sogar der Rasen auf dem Grundstück wurde sichtlich vorher noch gemäht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage Camping benötigt. Zur Begrüßung standen für uns eine Flasche Wein und ein paar Knabbereien bereit. Super freundlich vom Team. Die Anlage an sich ist nicht sehr groß, das macht das Ganze einfach unheimlich gemütlich und familiär. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt. Wir waren 4 Nächte da und sind mehr als zufrieden! Vielen Dank und weiter so!
