Just returned from a few days in the park, during which I was disturbed by the trash and glass container in the middle of the park. The working and migrant workers living there threw their garbage away next to the chalet from 6:00 am. Brought a lot of noise and annoyance! Gave no vacation feeling!

We booked three houses with a spa as a group. After two months, we suddenly received a cancellation without any good alternative. We had booked activities in the neighborhood of this park. The only other option they could offer us was a park 30 minutes' drive away. Eventually, we had to book a different house in this town to avoid even higher costs of taking a taxi (with 18 people) to the location. We had stayed at this park for three years already and never had a bad experience before. However, this experience and the park's communication will ensure I never go there again. They told us our booking was canceled due to Ukrainian refugees placed there by the local authority. This turned out to be untrue, but they had made an agreement with local authorities that the refugees could stay there. The park indicated that this was a case of force majeure, which was not true. They retracted what they told us earlier but still had no other option than canceling our booking or offering the other park. In the end, they canceled our booking, refunded our money, and we had to find something else in less than a month. At the very least, I had expected them to compensate a part of the more than €1800 extra we had to spend on a stay. However, they were absolutely unwilling to find a middle ground and a solution for both parties. I will never book at this park or any other Topparken accommodation ever again. They can apparently always claim they made an agreement with someone else and say it is out of their hands, and there is nothing they can do to find a solution. This part in the general terms and conditions, please also check this really well as a foreigner: 10. Force Majeure Force majeure on the part of TopParken exists if the execution of the agreement is wholly or partially, whether temporarily or not, prevented by circumstances beyond the control of TopParken, including in any case strikes, blockades, fire, and other disruptions and/or events. Super nice days had with my friend and dog. Cottage was clean as the jacuzzi and sauna Sauna does take an hour to get properly warm further Friendly staff and also good food in @vieuw the restaurant on the park. On arrival a welcome gift and at check out another scratch card. We are considering returning here again. Only point for us was that no towels were included here you had to pay 5.50 euros per set. The area the iron man and the dunes are worth seeing. Supermarket is 20 minutes cycling Car is recommended at the park since and no supermarket is Well a 24 hour shop with the main supplies but you could also get a six pack of beer😁

This is a not too large, fairly quiet and green park. It is in a super location with mature trees and many opportunities for relaxation in and around the park such as an outdoor pool, small cinema, game room, darts opportunity, fruit picking garden and 2 playgrounds, among others. The chalets with gardens and by the water (E field) are really beautiful. E7 even has a large fenced lockable terrace and *2* toilets. Quite a few chalets have their own sauna and whirlpool bath (spa) which can be booked along with the booking (including E7). In the immediate vicinity of the park lies golf club Bernardus (Dutch Open) and the swimming, surfing and sailing lake the IJzeren Man with an adventurous climbing forest with the largest climbing course in the Benelux. The area the Loonse and Drunense Dunes, with miles of hiking and biking trails and extensive off-leash areas for dogs, is almost adjacent to the park. Bustling Den Bosch with its cozy terraces, restaurants, many museums and galleries, is about 5 km away. Vught is a bit smaller, but also very cozy with beautiful old buildings, terraces, a variety of stores and is even closer at about 4 km. In Helvoirt, 4 km from the park, the parents of Vincent van Gogh lived, there is still much preserved and can be visited. (Photo: chalet E7 on Residence de Leuvert in Cromvoirt)
