The Meierijsche Museum Farm

    We were here today for the pizza tasting in the alpaca lounge. What have we enjoyed here! Super sweet alpacas that you could actually feed, but also the sweetest cat Guus! The pizzas are delicious and you are really seen by the staff. All in all highly recommended so!!!

    Wij zijn hier vandaag geweest voor de pizza proeverij in de alpaca lounge. Wat hebben wij hier heerlijk genoten! Super lieve alpaca’s die je ook echt eten kon geven, maar ook de liefste poes Guus! De pizza’s zijn heerlijk en je wordt door de medewerkers echt gezien. Al met al een echte aanrader dus!!

    What a great experience this was! Very friendly farmer and farmer's wife, great tents, fun activities and plenty to do for the kids. We were there for a week so we were able to participate in everything like the pizza night, Alpaca walk, tour the farmer and agility training. Also very nice that they still had chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats with kittens, my daughter couldn't believe her luck. The tents were also spick and span when we arrived, this we have really experienced differently at similar parks. In short, highly recommended for families with young children (up to 6-8 years)!

    Wat een geweldige beleving was dit! Zeer vriendelijke boer en boerin, geweldige tenten, leuke activiteiten en genoeg te doen voor de kinderen. We zaten er een week en hebben dus aan alles deel kunnen nemen, zoals de pizza avond, Alpaca wandeling, tour de boer en de behendigheids training. Ook erg leuk dat ze nog kippen, konijnen, cavia's en katten met kittens hadden, mijn dochter kon haar geluk niet op. De tenten waren ook spik en span toen we aankwamen, dit hebben we echt wel anders meegemaakt bij vergelijkbare parken. Kortom, een echte aanrader voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen(tot een jaar of 6-8)!

    You rarely get to see anything like this. Restaurant, seating and toilet accessible to everyone. Guided tour costs, but is not absolutely necessary. Come in, feed the animals, take photos and make sure you don't get spat on😉. Dogs are not allowed in the stables or with the animals. However, they are welcome on the outdoor terrace.

    So etwas bekommt man selten zu sehen. Restaurant, Sitzmöglichkeiten und Toilette für jedermann zugänglich. Geführte Tour kostet, aber ist nicht unbedingt notwendig. Reinkommen, Tiere füttern, fotografieren und aufpassen, dass man nicht angespuckt wird😉. Hunde dürfen nicht mit in den Stall oder zu den Tieren. Auf der außenterrasse sind die aber willkommen.

    Very nice and neat alpaca farm. You can take walks with alpacas here which is very nice to do. During the walk you get explanations about alpacas, so you know a bit more about them. There is also a nice restaurant/cafe where you can drink and eat something. Very nicely decorated with nice atmosphere. Food itself is average. Also a small store with all kinds of alpaca wool things. Think gloves, fleece plaid, toys etc. There is also a campsite for a nice stay among the alpacas.

    Hele leuke en nette alpaca boerderij. Je kan hier wandelingen maken met alpaca's wat heel erg leuk is om te doen. Tijdens de wandeling krijg je uitleg over alpaca's, zodat je wat meer van ze af weet. Ook is er een leuk restaurant/cafeetje waar je wat kan drinken en eten. Erg leuk ingericht met leuke sfeer. Eten zelf is gemiddeld. Ook een klein winkeltje met allerlei alpaca wol dingen. Denk aan handschoenen, fleece plaid, speelgoed etc. Ook is er een camping voor leuk verblijf tussen de alpaca's.
