    We (2 families with 2 children and 2 babys) booked Villa 12 during spring break. Cottage: The first floor is extremely spacious, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. The kitchenette comparatively a bit small but also has everything you need. The nespresso coffee machine is only for professional cups. Pay attention to that if you want to use the device. 6 spacious bedrooms with lots of light. Great beds and again well furnished. Ventilation grills were very dusty and did not let normal air through. 3 bathrooms of which only 1 with toilet. That was a small minus. Still 1 separate toilet downstairs. We were with 8 and found 2 toilets already what little ... let alone with 12 people. Very nice that everything could be booked for the babies in the house. They also offer a gourmet service which is fantastic and highly recommended! Park: The park looks nice and relatively new. Does sit right on the highway and you can hear that outside tremendously. In the summer there is a nice beach and you can swim in the lakes. You can also go supping or boating. 2 small playgrounds that were big enough for our children. Minus point: the reception, snack bar and brasserie are one location and close at 16.30 (!) That's quite a shame and crazy if you want to get each other fries for dinner. All takeaway alternatives are always within car distance and the nearest supermarket in Cuijk - which has long traffic jams to it daily. There is one nice walking route and everything else requires a bike or car.

    Wij (2 gezinnen met 2 kinderen en 2 babys) hebben in de voorjaarsvakantie een Villa 12 geboekt. Huisje: De benedenverdieping is enorm ruim, gezellig ingericht en van al het comfort voorzien. De keukentje in verhouding wat klein maar heeft ook alles wat je nodig hebt. De nespresso koffieapparaat is wel alleen voor de professionele cups. Let daarop als je gebruikt wilt maken van het apparaat. 6 ruime slaapkamers met veel licht. Prima bedden en ook hier weer goed ingericht. Ventilatieroosters waren wel enorm stoffig en lieten geen normale lucht meer door. 3 badkamers waarvan maar 1 met toilet. Dat was wel een klein minpuntje. Wel nog 1 apart toilet beneden. Wij waren met 8 en vonden 2 toiletten al wat weinig... laat staan met 12 man. Heel fijn dat er wel van alles bij te boeken was voor de baby's in het huisje. Ook bieden ze een gourmetservice aan die fantastisch is en een enorme aanrader! Park: Het park ziet er mooi en relatief nieuw uit. Zit wel direct aan de snelweg en dat hoor je buiten ook enorm. In de zomer is er een leuk strand en kan je zwemmen in de plassen. Ook kan je er suppen of varen. 2 kleine speeltuinen die overigens wel groot genoeg waren voor onze kinderen. Minpuntje: de receptie, snackbar en brasserie zijn een locatie en sluit om 16.30 (!) dat is wel heel jammer en gek als je elkaar patatje wilt halen voor avondeten. Alle afhaal-alternatieven zijn altijd op auto-afstand en de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt in Cuijk - waar dagelijks lange files naar toe staan. Er is één leuke wandelroute en verder is er voor alles een fiets of auto nodig.
