Houseboat Marina Mookerplas - 6 persons

With a beautiful view of the Mookerplas and located in a wooded area, it is wonderful holidaying in this Houseboat. The Houseboat has the same comforts as a boat only you can't sail with it and it stays in the same place during your stay. From the terrace (with swimming ladder) of your own Houseboat you can dive straight into the water for a swim.

In the lodge there is a cozy living room with a cozy sofa and a table with room for 6 people where you look directly on the lake through the large windows. From the living room you reach the terrace, with fantastic views over the lake.

The compact open kitchen is equipped with a stove, coffee maker (Senseo), refrigerator and kettle. The bedroom has a box spring double bed (160x200cm) with two separate single comforters and pillows. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds (80x200cm). If you are with more than 4 persons, the sofa bed in the living room offers an extra sleeping place. The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, sink, electric heater, hair dryer and shower cabin with sliding glass walls. Fine extras in this accommodation are the available air conditioning and free wifi. It is possible to use the washing machine and dryer in the adjacent Jachthaven Driesen for a fee.

The parking lot is just outside the marina, about a 5-minute walk from the Houseboat. Luggage carts are available for loan.

If you are a lover of everything in and around the water then you have come to the right place. Water rats and sun worshippers can have a great time here in the middle of nature. Your own "private lake" with beautifully clear water is right outside the door. If you like fishing, you can even cast your rod from your own terrace! There is a "Barrel Sauna with Dome" for rent with spectacular views of the Mookerplas, which can be booked by the hour all year round for guests staying in our Houseboats. With the possibility to rent a luxury sloop, kayak or SUP, all possibilities on the water are maximized. This also allows you to dock at your own houseboat. Prefer to explore the surroundings? There are fine hiking trails but also renting an E-chopper, with offered route to see even more of the area, is a fun activity. The Mookerplas is located in the beautiful nature reserve of the Mookerheide and is close to the German border but also near the lively city of Nijmegen. Nearby are several restaurants and plenty of attractions within easy reach.
