General information

The villas give a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. Views of the water and lots of light are therefore guaranteed. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area and a large flat-screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or when you simply want to watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to perform your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

All villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat-screen TV in each room. To improve your sleeping comfort on hot days, it is possible to book a mobile air conditioning unit with your stay. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. Upon arrival, we will have made the beds for you.

The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can walk to the harbor and sail directly up the Lower Rhine.

The villas are non-smoking, equipped with wifi and indoor storage. You can easily park one car at the accommodation.
