    Unfortunately I cannot leave positive feedback on the overall quality. Starting with a misleading booking page of the vacation park that gives you a location of the house that is 100% incorrect, so the disappointment was already great on arrival. The booking page shows a beach location of the vacation property which it definitely does not have, for explanation I have attached 2 pictures here. The only reason why I chose Park Bad Hoophuizen was the supposed beach location of the property. When I stood in front of the house in question I was, in short, STINKING PISSED OFF. As an example the currently available neighboring property. I felt deceived and had the additional financial loss of the reservation fees. The chaos with reservations, cancelations, payments and rebookings to another park fills its own email history and could only be finally clarified by phone. On arrival, the "delay" was solved very satisfactorily, but a "time window" of 60 minutes is difficult for guests to meet, especially with a long journey, the solution by email and key safe was satisfactory. Vacation properties are available from 4.00 pm, the reception closes at 5.00 pm, sporty. I am not aware of the technical procedures in the park, an acceptance of the houses before renting would be a suggestion for improvement. The equipment of the property corresponded only partially to the description, terraces / garden furniture are dirty and without cushions not to use, cushions were not to be found in the entire house. The terrace itself is dangerously slippery due to the uncleaned condition because of the moss and dirt, a smear formed in the rain that resembled an ice surface. The dishwasher did not work. It only made wild noises, so we washed by hand. The general condition left a lot to be desired. I have attached some impressions in the form of pictures. My conclusion, never again Europarcs as I feel deliberately deceived. All in all, this did not make my stay any better.

    Leider kann ich zur allgemeinen Qualität kein positives Feedback hinterlassen. Beginnend mit einer irreführenden Buchungsseite des Ferienparks die einem eine Lage des Hauses Vermittelt die zu 100% inkorrekt ist, so war bereits bei der Ankunft die Enttäuschung groß. Die Buchungsseite weist einem eine Strandlage des Ferienobjektes aus die es definitiv nicht hat, zur Erklärung habe ich hier 2 Bilder beigefügt. Der einzige Grund warum ich mich für den Park Bad Hoophuizen entscheiden habe, war die vermeintliche Strandlage des Objektes. Als ich vor dem entsprechenden Haus Stand war ich kurz gesagt : STINK SAUER. Als Beispiel das aktuell verfügbare Nachbarobjekt. Ich fühle mich getäuscht und hatte hierdurch zusätzlich den finanziellen Schaden der Reservierungsgebühren. Das Chaos bei Reservierung, Stornierung, Zahlung und Rückbuchungen zu einem anderen Park, füllt einen eigenen eMail Verlauf und war final nur telefonisch zu klären. Bei Ankunft wurde die "Verspätung" sehr zufriedenstellend gelöst, jedoch ist ein "Zeit Fenster" von 60 Minuten für Gäste schwierig zu treffen, insbesondere bei langem Anreiseweg, die Lösung per eMail und Schlüsselsafe war zufriedenstellend. Ferienobjekte stehen ab 16.00 Uhr zur Verfügung, die Rezeption schließt bereits um 17.00 Uhr, sportlich. Ich bin mir zwar über die technischen Abläufe im Park nicht im klaren, eine Abnahme der Häuser vor Vermietung wäre ein Vorschlag zur Verbesserung. Die Ausstattung des Objektes entsprach nur bedingt der Beschreibung, Terrassen / Gartenmöbel sind verschmutzt und ohne Polster nicht zu benutzen, Polster waren im gesamten Haus nicht zu finden. Die Terrasse selbst ist aufgrund des ungereinigten Zustand wegen des Moos und Schmutz gefährlich Klatt, es bildete sich bei Regen ein Schmierfilm der einer Eisfläche glich. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Nur wilde Geräusche gearbeitet hat sie nicht, also per Hand gespült. Der Allgemeinzustand lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Einige Eindrücke habe ich in Form von Bildern beigefügt. Mein Fazit, nie wieder Europarcs da ich mich vorsätzlich getäuscht fühle. Alles in allem wurde der Aufenthalt hierdurch nicht schön.

    This used to be the most beautiful place on the Veluwe. No more space for camping. Everything is now packed with bookable glamping tents and cabins. Just like at home. 🥱

    Wonderful and very dog-friendly complex with beautiful and modern houses. The only downside is that the bedrooms are very small and some of them have no space to store clothes. The kitchen is very well equipped and we would come back at any time.

    Wundervolle und sehr hundefreundliche Anlage mit schönen und modernen Häusern. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Schlafzimmer sehr klein sind und zum Teil über keine Möglichkeit zum Verstauen der Kleidung verfügen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
