Description. Surrounded by water but with the comfort of a luxury vacation home? Then this houseboat with garden is the perfect accommodation; the optimal feeling of freedom can be experienced here! Watch passing boats while having a delicious breakfast in the garden or enjoy the sunset on the roof terrace. With a 2 sup's or boat you can discover Friesland in a unique way.

Accommodation This luxury houseboat has a cozy living room with open kitchen. Also from inside you can enjoy the beautiful view. The living room has a television and a sofa. The kitchen offers plenty of storage space for groceries and is equipped with 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso), kettle and toaster. This accommodation has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and closet to store clothes or belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) and closet. For the little ones there is a folding baby bed (60x120cm) and also a high chair. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet with mirror.

The houseboat has a spacious garden (approx. 100 m2) where children can play on the large lawn or where you can sit and enjoy a barbecue; there is a mobile barbecue available. The garden has a view over the Sneekermeer where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Adjacent to the garden is a terrace (9 m2) with seating for 4 people. At the rear of the houseboat is a small terrace (4 m2) where there is also a swimmer's ladder so you can take a refreshing dip in the harbor or easily get on the supboards. Because do you love Suppen or have you always wanted to do this? Then you are definitely in the right place in this vacation home, there are standard 2 SUPs available! Through the stairs up on the back terrace you reach the sunny roof terrace (25 m2) which has a nice lounge set. Here you can enjoy the panoramic view over one of the most beautiful marinas in Friesland: Waterrijck Sneekermeer.

Your own boat can be moored to the houseboat and in the vicinity there is ample public, free parking for the car. Wifi can be used in the vacation home.

Surroundings This unique cottage at Waterrijck Sneekermeer is located in Offingawier. The Sneekermeer and water sports are inseparable. In the marina both sloops and sailing boats are for rent and the marina also has a cozy beach club, where you can relax and enjoy lunch and dinner. From the houseboat you can sail onto the Sneekermeer lake and enjoy the reed beds and cosiness on the water. Discover the characteristic towns in the area such as Workum, Hindelopen, Sloten and Balk or look up the bustling Sneek (located 5 kilometers from the accommodation). For nature lovers, there is plenty to enjoy; in the area there are many nature reserves and extensive cycling and hiking trails through the Frisian countryside.
