Description. This comfortable houseboat with garden on the open water is in a beautiful location on the edge of Marina Waterrijck with unobstructed views of the Sneekermeer. The place and facilities on board guarantee a cozy, relaxing and romantic experience all year round. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the Sneekermeer with a fresh Nespresso on the roof terrace or the sunset during a cozy barbecue in the garden at the open water.

About the accommodation The houseboat is surrounded by water and offers the comfort of a luxury cottage with garden. The living area is divided into a sitting area, dining area and open kitchen. The large windows also allow you to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view from inside.

The sitting area is furnished with a corner sofa, coffee table, chair and television (please note, no channel package available). The modern open kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso), milk frother, kettle and toaster. In addition, there is plenty of storage space for groceries. At the round dining table you can eat together or play a game.

This accommodation has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a closet to store clothes or belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a sturdy linked bunk bed (80x200 cm) and closet. For the smallest guests there is a folding baby bed (60x120 cm) and also a high chair. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet with mirror.

Houseboat Aqua Dolce has a spacious, waterfront garden (approximately 100m2). In the garden you can play and barbecue to your heart's content, alternating with a refreshing dip in the water. In addition, the boat has a very spacious roof terrace/sun deck of approximately 20 m2, accessible via a spiral staircase at the rear. Can you already see yourself enjoying the expansive view on the lounge set? The boat also has a front terrace (8m2) and a rear terrace (6m2). The houseboat is located on its own jetty where a (sailing) boat or sloop can also be moored. This accommodation includes private parking in the harbor.

Surroundings Houseboat Aqua Dolce is located in the heart of Friesland's water sports area: Marina Waterrijck Sneekermeer. This offers endless possibilities for the novice and experienced water sportsman. The marina rents out both sloops and sailboats and also has a cozy beach club, where you can enjoy drinks, lunch or dinner. With a boat you can reach all the Frisian lakes and of course you can moor the boat at the houseboat's jetty. Just a 10-minute walk away, sports enthusiasts can indulge themselves at Waterskibaan Sneek and relax on the beach.

The area is truly a paradise for lovers of nature and outdoor life. In the vicinity are many nature reserves and extensive cycling and hiking trails through the Frisian landscape. But those who like the city and hustle and bustle are also in their element. Just 5 kilometers away is the bustling city of Sneek, where you can grab a terrace, enjoy a delicious meal or visit a museum.

    Clean and nicely furnished accommodation. The location overlooking the lake is super! Nice that you have a terrace on the accommodation as well as in front of it. The cottage itself is fully equipped. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We would love to come back here again.
