Experience real island life on a dairy sheep farm on Terschelling

This organic dairy sheep farm is located on Terschelling. Your vacation begins with the ferry, after which you travel by bicycle, bus or car to the Farm. Here you will find more than 250 Friesian milk sheep, an ancient breed known for its rich milk yield. During the summer you can witness the shearing of the sheep three times a week and ask all your questions. Jolanda and Gerben, true islanders, are happy to share tips on beautiful places and excursions. The sheep are milked twice a day and from the milk they make delicious sheep cheese, cottage cheese and ice cream, for sale in the farm store. For children there is a cozy place to tinker and play. Nature reserve 'de Boschplaat' is only a kilometer away and West-Terschelling with the Brandaris is also worth a visit. Beach days make your vacation complete.

Excellent sheep ice cream place with one of a kind, types of ice cream such as "seaberry" (duindoorn), "caramel sea asparagus" (caramel zeekraal). They also have many beautiful high quality wool products, cheeses, and cranberry products.
