This unique safari tent is fully equipped for the perfect glamping vacation! With its wooden details and roll-up front, you get the real outdoor feeling of camping, with all the comforts of home. The tent is equipped with a cozy veranda with awning, for a wonderful outdoor stay.

The safari tent has a fully equipped kitchen with inventory and includes a four-burner secure gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. In addition, there are two sleeping cabins in the tent. One sleeping cabin has a double bed (140x200 cm) and the other has two bunk beds.

    We were guests here with our caravan for a few days. Fine campsite with spacious pitches and lots of greenery and water. Twice delicious food in the restaurant. Compliments of the volunteers who make this possible!

    We waren hier met onze caravan een paar dagen te gast. Fijne camping met ruime plaatsen en heel veel groen en water. Twee keer heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. Complimenten vd vrijwilligers die dit mogelijk maken!!!

    Just home from a midweek safari tent, the tent itself was nice.... enough space and everything we needed was there (beds were terrible, but that was it). Unfortunately the kids wanted to go home after 2 days, this because of the bad plumbing at the campsite (field Leeuwarden). Plumbing is clean (2x daily) but that's all there is to say unfortunately. Falls of rickety misery all apart. 1 shower for ladies and 1 for men, which could not be locked. Toilets were also poorly to not unfortunately. Shower was difficult to operate, often got cold quickly and or the buttons fell off during use. If you book through the website, you get to see beautiful pictures and texts ... this of the restaurant with extensive menu ... incidentally on evening 1 there to eat, turned out to be everything except what is on the website. Small menu and more than half not available. (Please adjust this!) Also, a nice sandy beach is promised where we were supposed to stand, there are some grains of sand, but mostly mud and grass. So anything but what is told. Then our biggest annoyance, the animation! Nothing arranged from the campsite itself.... Regular guests tried to make something of it with occasional small activities. Really worthless. Children were bored to death, while on the site it says that everything is organized and done. What a big and especially expensive disappointment this was for us this week. NEVER MORE! We are super disappointed in the picture you read and what you therefore actually get on arrival. Unfortunately there was no one there to speak to us on the spot except for a volunteer. Hopefully we will still be contacted to discuss this sometime, wasted money and a wasted vacation we were really looking forward to. Sad children too.

    Net thuis van een midweek safari tent, de tent zelf was mooi.. genoeg ruimte en alles wat we nodig hadden was er. (Bedden lagen vreselijk, maar dat was het dan ook) Helaas wilden de kinderen na 2 dagen graag naar huis, dit vanwege het slechte sanitair op de camping (veld Leeuwarden). Sanitair is schoon (2x daags) maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd helaas. Valt van gammele ellende allemaal uit elkaar. 1 douche voor dames en 1 voor heren, deze kon niet op slot. Wc’s konden dit ook slecht tot niet helaas. Douche was moeilijk te bedienen, werd vaak snel koud en of de knoppen vielen er vanaf tijdens gebruik. Als je boekt via de website, krijg je mooie plaatjes en teksten te zien.. dit van het restaurant met uitgebreide menu kaart.. overigens op avond 1 daar heen te eten, bleek alles te zijn, behalve wat er op de website staat. Kleine menukaart en meer dan de helft niet beschikbaar. (Pas dit aub aan!) Ook wordt er een mooi zandstrand beloofd waar we aan zouden staan, er liggen wat zandkorrels, maar vooral modder en gras. Dus alles behalve wat er verteld wordt. Dan onze grootste ergenis, de animatie! Niks geregeld vanuit de camping zelf.. vaste gasten probeerden er iets van te maken met af en toe een kleine activiteit. Echt waardeloos. Kinderen hebben zich stierlijk verveeld, terwijl op de site vermeld staat dat er van alles georganiseerd en gedaan wordt. Wat een grote en vooral dure domper was dit voor ons deze week. NOOIT MEER! We zijn super teleurgesteld in het beeld wat je leest en wat je dus daadwerkelijk krijgt bij aankomst. Helaas was er niemand die ons daar ter plekke te woord kon staan, behalve een vrijwilligster. Hopelijk wordt er toch contact met ons opgenomen om dit eens te bespreken, weggegooid geld en een weggegooide vakantie waar we erg naar uitkeken. Verdrietige kinderen ook.
