Very nice location in the green! Stayed with our Golden Retriever and 3 boys in the kids cottage, was very clean and wonderfully located with a small play forest in the (shared) backyard. Seen squirrels several times, which fired the imagination for our boys (7y, 3y and 4m). Swimming pool is small but fine and lovely in temperature. Did really nice routes by bike, good food in Ruinen (less than 5min cycling via a nice bike route), ... highly recommended for a family vacation.

Nice vacation park! We were in a lodge, which was as expected. Very nice with the children. Lots of greenery, very well cared for. Nice indoor pool. You can also swim in the outdoor pool in Ruinen. Many different accommodations. Also many pitches. Friendly people at the reception. Also good food in the accompanying restaurant.

We were there for a total of 5 days. I booked the house for dogs. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that it looked so bad there. I liked the fact that the house was fenced in so that my 2 year old could run around without running into the street. The "garden / entrance area was a disaster. Some grass but more mud and dirt and dead plants and the dirt was everywhere. We then went to reception without unpacking and asked for a new house as my husband is also allergic. And we were simply sent away with the request to come back tomorrow. We even wanted to pay more! Impossibly customer-friendly by no means! The next day the new house wasn't ready until 4pm, we waited the whole day and paid a lot more. Almost double for a much smaller house. We booked the extra Standard package. In the new house neither the beds were made nor the towels packet available! So we had to go back to reception where we were told we had to wait for the manager to decide! Incomprehensible then we should have been told that we have to take the towels/shower towels with us!!!! Furthermore, I had chosen a corner house as an extra and not the nespresso machine. Since we no longer had a corner house, I asked for the nespresso machine and NEVER received any feedback!!! In the. New house for which we paid almost twice as much was totally run down. Everywhere spiders weave Defective heating in the bathroom. The vacuum cleaner was just standing in one of the other rooms. If we were more people, one of us would have to sleep with the vacuum cleaner!!! I am more than disappointed. The complex is very small. The swimming pool was ok - nothing special! The playgrounds are run down. We will never come back! Too bad

Schade

After we were rebooked to a fresh accommodation (there was a gourmet smell i.c.m. smoke/nicotine) we had an excellent stay. The emergency accommodation was neat and clean. The earlier cottage was mwah in terms of cleanliness. Sticky handles and everything was on the floor. Fine small park with nice pool. Points that really need attention: the showers in the pool IJSKOUD and the floor was incredibly dirty in the changing rooms (lint, mud, hair etc.) This was not cleaned in between. And then the indoor playground. Our 2 little sons walked there with cold hands and blue lips. We as parents sat there wearing a winter coat + plus scarf. It was freezing cold!
