    We had a super nice stay at Europarcs Kohnenhof! We were welcomed by a friendly lady in Dutch, with lots of explanations about the park and facilities. Our cottage (215) was super clean and very cozy! Everything is available for extensive cooking. There are also brushes and a vacuum cleaner, which is really super handy after many walks with the dog. From the park you go with a bridge directly to beautiful hiking trails in quiet woods. Small store present in the park, but recommended that you already take most of it from home or buy groceries in the local Aldi. We also ordered the breakfast box 1 morning, which was also really tasty and taken care of with a correct price. Compared to the competition (C-Parcs) I have to say that this was a much better experience: correct price, neat cottages, homey atmosphere. Highly recommended! We will definitely go back 🤩 Possible points of improvement: - a little storage space in the kitchen cupboard (we now used the extra bedroom as 'storage' because you can't put much in the cupboards themselves) - hangers/rack in the bathroom: no place to hang towels/bathrobe etc. - seat could be a little bigger to be more comfortable (a corner seat would have been better), but certainly nothing to complain about!

    Wij hadden een superleuk verblijf in Europarcs Kohnenhof! We werden onthaald door een vriendelijke dame in het Nederlands, met veel uitleg omtrent het park en de faciliteiten. Ons huisje (215) was super netjes en heel gezellig ingericht! Alles is aanwezig om uitgebreid te koken. Er zijn ook borstels en een stofzuiger, wat echt superhandig is na vele wandeltochten met de hond. Vanuit het park ga je met een brugje rechtstreeks naar mooie wandelpaden in rustige bossen. Klein winkeltje aanwezig in het park, maar wel aan te raden dat je van thuis uit het meeste al meeneemt of in de lokale Aldi boodschappen haalt. Wij hebben ook 1 ochtend de ontbijtbox besteld, die ook wel echt lekker en verzorgd was met een correcte prijs. Tegenover de concurrentie (C-Parcs) moet ik zeggen dat dit een veel betere ervaring was: correcte prijs, nette huisjes, huiselijke sfeer. Een aanrader! Wij gaan zeker terug 🤩 Mogelijke verbeterpunten: - een beetje opbergruimte in de keukenkast (wij hebben nu de extra slaapkamer als ‘berging’ gebruikt omdat je in de kastjes zelf niet veel kwijt kan) - klerenhangertjes/rekje in de badkamer: geen plaats om handdoeken/badjas oid op te hangen - zetel mag iets groter om wat meer comfortabel te liggen (een hoekzetel was beter geweest), maar zeker niet te klagen!

    Was a major setback for us. Previously been very often before it was europarcs. But the cozy atmosphere has almost completely disappeared. Location is still beautiful but the river is too deep overall. Understandable after the floods. The little ferry is gone but there is a nice bridge in return. Dogs are accepted but not welcome given the huge amount to pay for them. Quantity of sanitary facilities is very limited for the number of pitches. Campfires are allowed in the field. Nice. But, forbidden to barbecue!!! For us a bummer.

    Was voor ons een flinke tegenvaller. Vroeger heel vaak geweest vóórdat het europarcs was. Maar het gemoedelijke sfeervolle is bijna volledig verdwenen. Locatie is nog steeds mooi maar de rivier ligt overall te diep. Begrijpelijk na de overstromingen. Het pondje is verdwenen maar er is een mooie brug voor terug gekomen. Honden zijn geaccepteerd maar niet welkom gezien het enorme bedrag wat ervoor betaald moet worden. Hoeveelheid sanitair is erg beperkt voor het aantal kampeerplaatsen. Op het veld mag er kampvuur worden gemaakt. Leuk. Maar, verboden te barbecueën!! Voor ons een domper.

    Beautiful location by river oer, beautiful area with many hiking trails, cottages also neat. Preferred cottage we had booked we unfortunately did not get, Minus point are people with dogs who do not clean up their droppings! Children a few times poop on their pants and shoes! And we had one day a crane for the door with workmen, so that day little of the peace could enjoy, otherwise all the facilities etc were very good and neat. All in all we had a wonderful vacation.

    Prachtige locatie bij rivier de oer, prachtige omgeving met veel wandelroutes, huisjes ook netjes. Voorkeur huisje wat we geboekt hadden hadden we helaas niet gekregen, Minpunt zijn mensen met honden die hun uitwerpselen niet opruimen! Kinderen een paar keer poep aan hun broek en schoenen! En wij hadden een dag een hijskraan voor de deur met werklui, dus die dag weinig van de rust kunnen genieten, verder waren alle voorzieningen etc erg goed en netjes. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
