    It is known as a Christian campground but there is little evidence of this. There is a sheepfold behind the parking lot where young people consume a lot of alcohol without the knowledge of parents. The sheepfold is hardly advertised and not visible to visitors.

    Het staat bekend als christelijke camping bekent maar hier is weinig van terug te zien. Er is een schaapskooi achter op de parkeerplaats waar door jongeren veel alcohol word genuttigd zonder het afweten van ouders. De schaapskooi word niet tot nauwelijks geadverteerd en is ook niet zichtbaar voor de bezoeker.

    Beautiful location and surroundings. We had some startup dings that were super kindly fixed. Just have some tips, have the extra parking area provided with grass concrete boulders, then it won't be such a blubber mess. This was also the case at our cottage. We saw that in newer cottages this was solved by a wooden decking. The children enjoyed the river that flows through the park. There is plenty to do.

    Mooie locatie en omgeving. We hebben wat opstart dingetjes gehad die super vriendelijk zijn verholpen. Heb alleen wat tips, laat het extra parkeerruimte voorzien van grasbetonkeien, dan wordt het niet zo'n blubber bende. Ook bij ons huisje was dit het geval. We zagen dat dit bij nieuwere huisjes was opgelost door een vlonder van hout. De kinderen hebben genoten van het riviertje wat door het park stroomt. Er is genoeg te doen.

    We are curious about the actual experiences so we booked for next summer. La Draille was very much to our liking! Walsdorf certainly no less and even a lot closer from BE. We had a super de luxe La Roxette no 5. Fun activities including pub quiz! A bit sad that of the ten teams, the only Belgian team had to win. Thanks to NL for the sportsmanship!

    Wij zijn benieuwd naar de feitelijke ervaringen daarom hebben we geboekt voor de volgende zomer. La Draille was erg meegevallen! Walsdorf zeker niet minder en zelfs een stuk dichterbij vanuit BE. Wij hadden een super de luxe La Roxette nr 5. Leuke activiteiten waaronder pubquiz! Wel een beetje triest dat van de tien Teams juist het enige Belgische Team moest winnen let dank aan NL voor de sportiviteit!

    A Christian-based campground. What does that mean in practice? You know that everyone around you is Christian, that's it. And that comes at a price, because Christians are allowed to pay €15 more per night than on a pagan campsite. But then you also don't have to strike up a conversation with that unbelieving, worldly neighbor. At the pagan campsite it is not only cheaper but also a lot cleaner. At this better-off campground the plumbing was so incredibly dirty, never before experienced in my camping life. And was it nice here? Well, it depends on your definition of coziness. You are safe here in the Christian reservation but outside there is a whole world to discover. So you are no better off here.

    Een camping op christelijke grondslag. Wat betekent dat in de praktijk? Je weet dat iedereen om je heen christelijk is, that's it. En daar hangt een prijskaartje aan, want christenen mogen €15 per nacht meer betalen dan op een heidense camping. Maar dan hoef je ook geen gesprek aan te gaan met die ongelovige, wereldse buurman/buurvrouw. Op de heidense camping is het niet allen goedkoper maar ook nog eens een stuk schoner. Op deze beteruit camping was het sanitair zo ontzettend smerig, nog nooit eerder meegemaakt in mijn camperende leven. En was het hier gezellig? Tja, het is maar net wat jouw definitie van gezelligheid is.. Je bent hier veilig in het christenreservaat maar daarbuiten is er nog een hele wereld te ontdekken. Je bent hier dus niet beter uit.
