I was at the campsite in April 2025 (in bungalow 652). After an endless wait at check-in, we moved into this completely outdated bungalow in the late afternoon. Everything was broken and dirty (see pictures). Very crowded and noisy - never again!!!

Very bad experience, camping to avoid! Disappointing stay in every aspect. The food in the restaurant is mediocre and bland, so much so that it pays to bring your own food. The staff is rude and discourteous, always surly and unavailable, as if every request is a nuisance. The guards are useless and arrogant, more committed to annoying guests over trifles than to providing peace of mind. At night the campground was noisy and no one intervened. Cleanliness is nonexistent: dirty and smelly toilets, overflowing trash bins, and pitches full of garbage. In addition, the campground is infested with insects: mosquitoes everywhere, ants in the tents, and even cockroaches in the bathrooms! THERE ARE NO BIDETS, FOR WASHING IF YOU FIND A HAND SHOWER IT'S A MIRACLE A place to absolutely avoid. Better to look for a more well-kept and cozy campsite! (A guard was reported for shoving one of our companions by swearing and chasing other girls because, in their opinion, they were disturbing the peace)

Esperienza pessima, campeggio da evitare! Soggiorno deludente sotto ogni aspetto.

Impudence and rip-off at Hotel Camping Bella Italia - Hands off! I've stayed at many hotels and campsites, but what happened to me at Hotel Camping Bella Italia really beats everything! If you don't want to ruin your vacation, you should definitely not book here. The chaos started as soon as we arrived. We had already booked and paid well in advance, but when we arrived, we were denied access! The lady at reception was extremely unfriendly, hardly spoke any English and only gave us snotty answers. Supposedly our room wasn't ready, but another group that arrived AFTER us was accommodated immediately without any problems! A bottomless impertinence! We had to wait several hours without getting a reasonable explanation or even an apology. The staff showed no interest in accommodating us in any way. Instead, we were treated like second-class guests and had to deal with the luggage ourselves. No seating, no drinks - nothing! When we finally got our room, it was an absolute disappointment. Dirty, worn out and carelessly furnished. The bathroom was a disaster, with mold in the corners and a disgusting smell from the drain. For the money we paid, it was an absolute cheek! And that's not all: the rest of the hotel's facilities also leave a lot to be desired. The paths are poorly lit, the staff at the bar are unmotivated and unfriendly, and the prices in the restaurant are completely overpriced. Everything is designed for maximum rip-off! Conclusion: This "hotel" is an imposition! You are ripped off, treated badly and given miserable accommodation. If you book here, it's your own fault. We will never come back and can only strongly advise anyone not to leave a single cent here!

We stayed at the campsite in August 2024. Arrival was already difficult. Despite having a reservation, we had to choose a pitch ourselves. Driving through the sometimes extremely narrow streets with a caravan was very unpleasant. You have to be lucky that no one comes towards you. We then chose the "least bad" of the few free pitches. We were still happy about the drinking water tap directly at the pitch... Unfortunately broken. Entire pitch covered with pine needles. We discovered broken glass underneath. Of course unacceptable with 2 small children. Toilets and showers completely outdated and dirty. Dustbins right in front of the shower blocks. Staff disinterested and bored. Pool area also outdated and dirty and hopelessly overcrowded. Supermarket and restaurant also always full with queues and long waiting times. We left 2 days early because the child got sick. The reception didn't care at all and didn't want to know why we left early. The only positive thing was the good location. Never again Bella Italia!
