The only major drawback was the presence of cockroaches. Lots of them on the terrace in the evenings, and a few in the mobile home and in the play area next to the stage. Be sure to check your belongings carefully so as not to bring any home with you. Enough entertainment for us, as many were out and about outside the campsite. Two very nice aquatic areas. Top-notch bike path. Playgrounds too.

CATASTROPHIC !!!! mice in mobile home, dead bat behind fridge, leaves, acorns, dust, hair etc etc under bedroom beds. RAT POISON on the worktop and between the top of the dishwasher and the worktop (we have a small child who could have eaten it...) Kitchen window impossible to close properly and impossible to open because the twisted post of the terrace goes in front of it. Bedroom doors squeak and close by themselves, shower tray flaking .... Attempted repairs by maintenance staff worthy of a 4-year-old ... I replied to the satisfaction questionnaire, which was not readable by everyone, in order to get some feedback, an apology or financial compensation, as we didn't even stay the whole stay because of this. But having had no feedback I'm publishing my opinion and my disastrous experience of this campsite!!! We had saved up a year for this... Looking forward to hearing from you or your management.

After more than 30 years of camping, this is a very bad experience. Never have we been received in such a pitiful way. On the pretext that it would be the last or penultimate week of opening, no more information on nearby places of interest, markets, restaurants, stores. Only a welcome booklet was available, so all you had to do was photograph the pages you were interested in (pretty much the answer I got), in a tone that was hardly acceptable. For us, Capfun was a guarantee of seriousness. We're obviously going to reconsider our assessment.

Dirty walls, floors and shower room, the toilet smelled of urine and the wooden seat was damaged and soaked. Roughly painting the facades doesn't make them new! For the price of the week, the quality of the accommodation on offer needs to be reviewed! We've been going to CAPFUN (formerly France loc) for over 10 years, and this is the 1st time we've been so badly accommodated. 4 stars though...|Pools not cleaned, edges greasy. The slide area is nice in the large park, but more suitable for children in the 2nd.|Bravo all the same to the entertainment teams who take care to maintain the atmosphere and offer a range of activities for all|The fact that there's a bit of a walk between the 2 parks isn't disturbing, a few minutes are enough, but the crossing of the road could be better signposted and safer|The setting remains pleasant and calm and the location allows access to many villages and activities without spending the day on the road.

Stay during the last week of August 2024. I'll start with the negative points because they're clearly safe: - the biggest.... There are two campsites. One with the red water structures, a heated pool I think, all the big kids games, mini golf, ping pong tables. And there's the other ... The park ... I found out about Hazard the day before departure by reading the new comments, and I'm out of luck.... Second park for us. We clearly feel robbed because all the entertainment, the mini-market and the main children's playground are in the other park. You have to walk along a road along a busy but high road, no pedestrian crossing but a signpost. We were on the opposite side of the road in the second campsite, but in all honesty the journey was quick. - In one week we hardly ever saw the lifeguard at the Parc pool..... Only three times I think. On the other hand, I saw parents letting a little girl go alone with a red bracelet, so she didn't know how to swim, wearing an armband, and being supervised from her bungalow 😱😱😱... Quite young in spite of everything. Sincerely it's lucky that nothing serious happened during the season, otherwise the bad publicity from the surveillance could have been expensive. - Also problematic was the lack of surveillance at the second campsite... On the hottest day we saw a family without any wristband 😅... 0 surveillance... Parked outside with their car .... This made us feel a little uneasy and questioned things. Could someone malicious enter and easily go unnoticed with so little surveillance.... - in the park campsite 0 lights in the evening nothing in the alleys or children's play areas ... At the end of August, evenings are cut short, what a shame. - the state of the cleaning was ... How to put it.... In the bunk beds boogers ect ... The children's beds underneath with cuddly toy feet, blindfolds, kitchen furniture with dirt... Otherwise the rest was very clean. - at the park swimming pool abandoned building with construction materials not very beautiful ... - towards the bungalows on the park side, pool level, no cover seen from the road, you can see the cars going by very nicely. - in the park, we saw absolutely no staff members passing by to entertain us. Just in the morning and evening to turn the water on and off... You don't feel you're in a fun cape. - There's not much in the mini-market (although this may be due to the end of the season, as ice creams were sold at a lower price from 4 to 5pm, and I wonder if it wasn't to end up with as little stock as possible). On the positive side : - Well, I loved the bungalow. It was relatively new, with a playroom with a children's kitchen, a construction set, a small table, a TV, a wall-mounted changing table, shelves, a cot, a baby bath and a high chair. For young parents at its best. - We were right in front of the children's play area - a real pleasure for our daughters to be able to play easily with their friends. But phew... Lights on the games at least in the evening! - our 6 and 10 year old daughters preferred the park to finish up. The slides were really nice, not too many people, lots of young kids, so they had one of the best summers of their lives so far. The main pool was too crowded and then ... but then ... What's this pool staircase with a huge step 😅.impossible to get out without doing the splits. - the little food point on the main campsite doesn't look like much and well surprise the food is simple ok but the burgers and fries were pretty good. - Friendly smiling staff when you come across them. - incredibly quiet park campsite. - small discount for certain tourist sites and apparently bus also for rocamadour but we had not been told about it on our side. In short, for the kids, it's a full house... We're much more dubious and a little disappointed.
