On vacation in August for a family of 6, the mobile home was too small, we were packed in like sardines, the bedrooms were impractical and the toilet was a tin can. No oven for cooking The hot water ran out at all times, whether in the shower or washing up, going from hot to cold and back again. And to top it all off, all activities on the Garonne had to be paid for, apart from access to the swimming pool. I've never seen anything like it, it's not worthy of a 5-star campsite. On the other hand, the site is really beautiful.

A very disappointing experience for a supposedly 5-star campsite. The friendliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, the welcome is icy and you almost feel like a nuisance when you ask for information. As for service, it's simply catastrophic: no responsiveness, and no particular attention to customers. For an establishment that's supposed to offer an upscale experience, this is a huge disappointment. I'd strongly advise against it if you're looking for the kind of service you'd expect from a true 5-star establishment.
