  Cancellation Policy

  
  

  Cancellation of a reservation must be communicated to the provider by e-mail.

  There are costs associated with a cancellation.

  • If cancelled up to the 42nd day (excluding) before the day of departure: the deposit;
  • for cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 60% of the travel sum;
  • for cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the departure day: 90% of the travel sum;- for cancellation on the arrival day or later the full travel sum. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance for this purpose.

  Changes, other than location and rental period, can be communicated to the provider at least 2 weeks before arrival. There is no charge for changes.

  Please note: Changes in accommodation are subject to cancellation.

  payment deadlines:

  • 30% 8 days after bookings date
  • 70% 6 weeks before arrival date
