The location is beautiful and offers a serene, peaceful setting. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the gentleman who provided our breakfast was also helpful. It was a plus that we could charge our electric car from an electrical outlet. The breakfast was simple, but fine for the price. However, an important point to note is that we asked by phone in advance about the presence of air conditioning, which is crucial for us. The employee on the phone confirmed that air conditioning was available, but we found out that it was not. We barely slept all night because the temperature in the room was above 25 degrees. It was cooler outside, but we could not leave the windows and door open because of mosquitoes and moths. Although it is an attractive place to stay, I would not come back again until there is an actual air conditioner that provides real cold air, rather than a fan that just moves air without cooling. If this problem can be solved, it is definitely worth consideration. Unfortunately, with the current conditions and extreme heat (36 degrees today), staying in room 203 was not comfortable. De locatie is prachtig en biedt een serene, rustige omgeving. De dame bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk en de heer die ons ontbijt verzorgde was ook behulpzaam. Het was een pluspunt dat we onze elektrische auto konden opladen via een stopcontact. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar prima voor de prijs. Een belangrijk punt van aandacht is echter dat we vooraf telefonisch hebben gevraagd naar de aanwezigheid van airconditioning, wat cruciaal voor ons is. De medewerker aan de telefoon bevestigde dat er airconditioning aanwezig was, maar we kwamen tot de ontdekking dat dit niet het geval was. We hebben de hele nacht nauwelijks geslapen omdat de temperatuur in de kamer boven de 25 graden lag. Buiten was het koeler, maar we konden de ramen en deur niet open laten vanwege muggen en motten. Hoewel het een aantrekkelijke plek is om te verblijven, zou ik pas weer terugkomen als er een werkelijke airconditioning is die echt koude lucht biedt, in plaats van een ventilator die slechts lucht verplaatst zonder koeling. Als dit probleem opgelost kan worden, is het zeker een overweging waard. Bij de huidige omstandigheden en de extreme hitte (36 graden vandaag) was het verblijf in kamer 203 helaas niet comfortabel. Wonderful location with very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, good amenities such as breakfast, nice small camping glamping options and plenty to do for the kids. We were passing through, but longer stays seem like a great option as well.
