    Cancellation Policy


    In case of full or partial cancellation, possible only by mail or letter (receipt date = cancellation date), the following fees will be charged:

    • Up to and including 57 days before the beginning of the stay period: €50 per file.
    • From 56 to 43 days before the beginning of the stay: 25% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 42 to 22 days before the beginning of the period of stay: 50% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 21 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the beginning of the stay, as well as in case of no arrival: the full rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of non-arrival without notice, the reserved place/lodge will be kept free until 1 night later than announced: the following day the place/lodge will be relet. No sum will be refunded in case of "no show", whatever the reason may be.

    Really great campsite. Super many playgrounds. Good sanitary facilities and very well-kept grounds. The place is very bike-friendly and you can do a lot. Nieuwpoort is definitely worth a visit.

    Ganz toller Campingplatz. Super viele Spielplätze. Gute Sanitäranlagen und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Ort ist sehr Fahrradfreundlich und man kann super viel unternehmen. Nieuwpoort ist definitiv eine Reise wert.

    We were there in winter and had a pitch that was half gravel, which was very pleasant. The pitch was also large enough overall and had electricity, waste water and water connections. Cell phone reception is good. We wanted to buy WiFi (€20 per week) - but we were told it wasn't suitable for streaming, so we decided not to. Very large site with lots on offer for children and plenty of places to walk around with bag dispensers. Small store and brasserie available. However, we did not try the brasserie. Sanitary facilities nothing special but standard and clean. With extra facilities for children. Only the soap dispenser could have been refilled more often. Dog shower available. Yes, it's several kilometers to the sea, but you know that beforehand... But the town of Nieuwpoort is within walking distance. And you can also get to the sea by bike. The price-performance ratio was definitely right in winter!

    Wir waren im Winter dort und hatten einen Stellplatz, der zur Hälfte aus einem Kiesuntergrund besteht, das war sehr angenehm. Der Stellplatz war auch insgesamt ausreichend groß und verfügte über Strom, Abwasser und Wasseranschluss. Handyempfang ist gut. Wir wollten WLAN kaufen (20€ pro Woche) - man sagte uns aber zum streamen sei es nicht geeignet, daher haben wir davon abgesehen. Sehr großer Platz mit vielen Angeboten für Kinder und zahlreichen Gassirundenmöglichkeiten mit Tütenspender. Kleiner Shop und Brasserie vorhanden. Die Brasserie haben wir aber nicht ausprobiert. Sanitäranlagen nichts besonderes aber standard und sauber. Mit extra Anlagen für Kinder. Nur der Seifenspender hätte öfters aufgefüllt werden können. Hundedusche vorhanden. Ja, zum Meer sind es mehrere Kilometer, aber das weiß man ja vorher… Der Ort Nieuwpoort ist aber fussläufig zu erreichen. Und auch ans Meer kann man mit dem Fahrrad. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte im Winter auf jeden Fall!

    Cool camping!!! Warm welcome on arrival. Only had problems with electricity supply for our caravan. Could not be solved by the technical service so got another pitch. The man even helped break down and move all our equipment. TOP SERVICE! Plumbing could be a little cleaner but it gets dirty faster in bad weather, so understandable.

    Toffe camping! Warm welkom geheten bij aankomst. Enkel problemen gehad met de elektriciteitsvoorziening voor onze caravan. Kon niet opgelost worden door de technische dienst dus een andere plaats gekregen. De man heeft zelfs nog geholpen bij het afbreken en verplaatsen van al ons materiaal. TOP SERVICE!! Sanitair kon beetje properder maar dit wordt ook sneller vuil bij slecht weer, dus begrijpelijk.
