Fairy tales come to life in our brand new Hobbit House, located in the woods. This cabin sleeps 4 and features a fairy hot tub, all in the style of the movie of the same name.

Enjoy the unique setting equipped with all basic comforts, because just like the other cottages, this unique nature cottage also has a cozy kitchenette, a wood-burning stove and a cosy bathroom. What more could you want?

Every corner of the hobbit house exudes the spirit of adventure and wonder. It is a place where fantasy comes alive and where you can immerse yourself in the enchanted world of fairy tales.

Cosy living

On the way to this hobbit cottage, you invariably imagine yourself in a fairytale world. The terrace welcomes you first, a good start to a relaxing vacation!

Step through the wooden door with fairy details and be surprised by the warmth and coziness that the inside of this enchanting residence has to offer.

The living area with standard kitchenette is the ideal place to relax together, read a good book, play a board game or just be in the here-and-now. You can heat this space with a wood stove. There is a starter pack for the wood stove, extra wood you can chop yourself at the wood corner.

Weather permitting, open the door and access the covered terrace with hot tub. In the evening you can express your gratitude for the beautiful day in the warm glow of your oil lamp and with the curtains closed.

The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove (2 burners), a sink and plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery and glasses. Can't live without your daily coffee break? Then our Bialetti will certainly help you. Don't forget to bring your ground coffee. The tap water is drinkable.

Detergent and a cleaning kit, including kitchen towel, are available. There is a small refrigerator in the kitchenette.

Sweet dreams

The kids are bound to have sweet dreams in their inside bed near the living area. Through the wooden staircase you can access a sleeping place for 2 people, in the ridge of the roof. Bed linen is provided as standard.

Wash worries away

The compact bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, bathroom cabinet and an electric heater. A towel set is included in the price and will be ready in your stay upon arrival.

Life in the woods

The hobbit house is equipped with a covered terrace and a gas barbecue. Sit at the table under the atmospheric lighting and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Wellness is a state of being

This cottage has as a bonus a wood-fired hot tub. The wood is freely available at the wood corner. A bathrobe is not included, but feel free to rent your one at the front desk.

    Any cancellation will be subject to the following provisions:

    • in case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the date of arrival, 30% of the reservation will be retained incl. administration costs of 29,50€.

    • in case of cancellation in the period of 4 weeks up to 2 weeks before the stay, 50% of the reservation will be withheld including an administration fee of 29,50€.

    • In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, interruption or non-completion of the stay, the full price of the booked stay will be due to Warredal incl. an administration fee of 29,50€.

    In case of cancellation, the administration fee will be retained.
